Description

Dosatron proportional coolant mixing systems are easily installed, require no external power source. Simply connect your water supply line driven by city water, RO, or DI water, and drop the concentrate suction hose into your barrel or tote. Housed inside locking stainless steel cabinet.

The Coolant Mixer System automatically compensates for changes in pressure, flow and concentrate viscosity. The mixed coolant discharge line can feed an individual sump bucket fill station or can be easily plumbed as a central system.

FEATURES: A “positive displacement” injection system that is unaffected by viscous coolant concentrate. Unlike Venturi mixers where the consistency is based on water thin viscosity concentrate. A mixed coolant concentration that is easily adjusted by turning the injector stem up or down to align the index arrows with the desired concentration shown on the 1 – 10% graduated scale.
